Each unit is equipped with a two burner stovetop; pots, pans, skillet, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, under the counter refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Two Queen size beds, covered decks with panoramic lake view, and extra storage for fishing and or boating gear. This room will accomodate four people comfortably. All units have color cable TV, telephones and wireless internet services.
We have a covered boat dock with a total of six covered slips and a fish cleaning station with running water. Guests are welcome to fish off this dock as well as the sea wall or you can make a reservation with our fishing guides. The State of Arkansas does require a fishing license. Our guides do book full rather quickly so please call in advance to reserve your spot. You can also enjoy a peaceful evening watching the boats go by while you bar-b-que on our covered pavillion. Bar-b-que grills are located on the pavilion and patio tables and chairs are provided for our guests use.
We also have a dock that is reserved for swimming and fishing as well as a roped off swimming area. There is no lifegaurd on duty and guests swim at their own risk. Our resort is located on a channel of the lake referred to as "Ski Alley" because of the smooth water found there in the mornings and afternoons. We offer Wakeboarding lessons during the summer months only.
