Is a deposit required when reserving a room?
Yes.
During the Off Season and Mid Season (Racing Season) we require a one night's deposit on a major credit card. We have a two night minimum (four nights on major holidays) unless otherwise stipulated. deposits will be refunded only if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to 1:00PM on your arrival date.
When making a reservation for advanced summer bookings we require a one night deposit per room on a major credit card. Deposits will be refunded only if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to 1:00PM on your arrival date.
Is every room on the water?
Every room is on the water with beautiful lake views!
What is included with each room?
All units have kitchenettes which include: refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Two queen beds, sofa, covered deck, cable TV, extra storage. We supply towels, linens and daily maid service. Friendliness is free!
Each guest has access to a swimming dock, fishing dock, covered boat stalls, picnic area and covered pavilion.
